Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon receipt so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Shipping Fees
Please note:

A shipping fee of 80 EGP will be charged on each delivery

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned order

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund
If more than 7 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
